A better night’s sleep with this homemade sleep salve

This recipe was found on Heartful Habits blog and we just love it! Salves are healing balms that can be inhaled, rubbed onto pulse points or used as massage oil. This particular salve incorporates many of the essential oils that we featured on our previous blog ‘Oils that help trigger sleep’.
Here’s what you need to know to make your own:
List of ingredients
2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp grapeseed oil
2 Tbsp beeswax
15 drops lavender essential oil
15 drops cedarwood essential oil
1. Combine the coconut oil, grapeseed oil, and beeswax together in a microwave-safe bowl using the lowest heat setting possible.
2. Once they have melted and combined, add in all the drops of essential oil and stir.
3. Pour the oil into a suitable container and allow to set.
4. Screw on the lid and store in a cool, dark place.
