Here is the next recipe in our Eat Right, Sleep Tight series. This delicious meal makes for a great Boxing Day lunch.
It's Turkey Time!!
Turkey is renowned for making us sleepy! It's one of the sleep-promoting foods that the Sealy team just adores. If Christmas left overs are inevitable, then this might be a recipe worth holding onto.
- ciabatta bread (sliced)
- left-over cooked turkey
- mozarella cheese
- one ripe avoado
- salt/pepper to season
- cranberry sauce
- Thinly slice the turkey, mozarella cheese and avocado.
- Butter the ciabatta slices and carefully layer turkey, cheese and avo.
- Drizzle with cranberry sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Close the sandwiches and place under the grill to lightly toast bread and melt mozarella.
PS: Add some fresh chilli or cayenne pepper for a lovely zing.
