These have to be the healthiest sweet treats ever?! Full of anti-oxidant rich cocoa, energy-sustaining dates and nuts bursting with omega-3... you are sure to have your sweet-tooth satisfied whilst feeling great!

Raw, Vegan Chocolate Brownies


2 cups of pecan/walnuts

2 cups of pitted dates (dates with their pips removed)

1 cup raw cocoa

1 cup raw almonds (roughly chopped)

1/4 teaspoons salt



  1. Grind the pecan nuts in a food processor until finely ground.
  2. Add cocoa and the salt and pulse to combine all ingredients.
  3. Add dates one at a time. The texture should be like cake crumbs and when pressed together should combine easily. If not, you need more dates!
  4. Pour into mixing bowl and add almonds.
  5. Place in lined baking tin and refrigerate.

PS: Honey can be added if desired.
