Merry Christmas to all our Sealy fans and followers!

We hope you have had a chance to celebrate with family and friends, give thanks for all your blessings and enjoy a day of rest. We hope you are feeling a little drowsy after a day packed with food and excitement but in case you are still waiting for lunch to be served, we'd like to offer you one last Christmas recipe...

THE POST CHRISTMAS LUNCH NAP

Ingredients:

1 well considered Sealy Mattress

1 set good quality bed linen

1 serving of Turkey

2 handfuls of cherries

1 glass of milk

Method:

Make up your Sealy mattress with good quality linen. Close the curtains and set up a fan if there is no aircon available. Prepare the bed for your nap by turning down the duvet. Eat well at Christmas lunch but stop before too full. For your starter have a serving of avocado and salmon. For your mains try to get hold of some turkey. For dessert don't miss out on any cherries or bananas. Skip the coffee and pour a glass of milk.

As your eyes become heavy remove yourself from the table and head for bed. Turn off your mobile phone. Place yourself on your left side with a pillow between your legs. Nap soundly for 10 - 90 minutes as desired.
